Form Design Studios specialises in bespoke residential projects ranging from new builds to the remodelling of existing properties. We obtain the maximum functionality and layout in a well thought out process with commissions ranging from small to medium size developments. Our motivation is to design interesting 3 dimensional spaces in response to the context of the site.

Throughout our thirty years of experience we have completed projects across the UK in Norfolk, Suffolk and London, as well as internationally in both South Africa and the USA. We have created a variety of unique contemporary houses along with large scale leisure and commercial projects. All of our ventures place the emphasis on the importance of the layout, planning and design from the point of conception.
