Form Design Studio specialises in bespoke residential projects ranging from new builds to the remodelling of existing properties.
We obtain the maximum functionality and layout of each project by implementing a well-thought-out process, with commissions ranging from small to medium size developments.
We are a small practice lead by David Scott. In creating Form Design Studio David has been able to place the emphasis on planning, with focus on layout and design.
By prioritising the initial concept stage we are able to deliver solutions for any situation, ensuring quality design combined with cost effective building methods.
The aim is to deliver a range of potential designs through a series of preliminary drawings, achieving the best outcome for the client and the site.
As a practice we do not adhere to a signature style, our motivation is to design interesting 3 dimensional spaces in response to the client’s wishes and the site contextually.

David Scott.
B.A (Hons) Dip. Arch Brighton University with distinction
David has worked on a variety of one-off residential and leisure commissions. Initially working for five years as a land surveyor/architectural technician on leaving school, then going on to study Architectural & Interior Design at Brighton University.

His thirty years experience has seen him work in Norfolk and Suffolk, London, South Africa and the US, on a variety of unique contemporary houses and large scale leisure/commercial projects.

He believes that good planning and design, together with thorough design detailing, brings integrity to the building process.
